Tubular Bells, well the part used for the Exorcist. I never saw the Exorcist till a few years ago so this theme never effected me as a child in a negative way. Rather this part ways always so hauntingly beautiful for me. This is where this league of my journey ends as I got older in elementary school i still heard these occasionally but pop music began to be a big influence on me.

Time by Pink Floyd this has to be one of the greatest rock songs ever and I never knew till I started listening to Rock as a teenager. The synthesized music and the opening lyrics will always give goosebumps up my spine when I listen to this song.

Sorry I have to backtrack I loved this song (Remember Then) as a child, and I sung it all the time even while taking a bath, well the main chorus of the song. I have heard multiple versions, but this the one I remember as a child.

Hotel California, I remember this from those road trips to relatives, and looking back the music played on those road trips greatly influenced me. I was always memorized by the guitar in this song. MY other favorite Eagles songs included “Get over It”, “Desperado”, and “Witchy Woman”. Today I look at this song with a greater respect because its powerful lyrics.

Take It Easy by The Eagles The first band I ever remembering about was the Eagles, my father being a huge fan was the reason why I knew about them. Take it Easy will always be one of my favorite songs from them. Its a nice country and Rock mix, and who can forget the banjo in the studio version.

X Files Theme Song I not only loved to watch the show because it scared me as a child, but I loved the entre theme song. I remembering my father having a cassette tape of it, and I first noticed it in those long drives. Really those long drive were boring, but with the music playing I imagined as the car went down the highway. This song is eerie and the opening melody is unforgettable. It really reflects on the show too.
